Neighbors at Miami Beach’s “Billionaire Bunker,” Faena House, are about to receive some very high-profile neighbors. Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are in contract to purchase an oceanfront 4 bedroom apartment that is set to close in January.

Unit 5A was originally listed for $15.5 million, but sources close to the seller report that it is in contract for $14 million with a quick closing to the superstars. The famous family is certainly no stranger to top-of-the-line real estate. They are notorious for making amazing deals on opulent properties and this apartment is no different.

The Faena Complex was envisioned by Alan Faena, the famous Argentinian developer and includes a 5-star hotel as well as an art complex designed by Rem Koolhaas. The residential tower was designed by Foster+Partners, featuring a stunning and iconic curved modern design.
