He has said himself that “All he does is win, win, win, no matter what,“ and today hip-hop celebrity DJ Khaled has proven himself to be true once again. He has closed on a palatial estate on Miami Beach’s Pine Tree Drive for $21,750,000.
The tropical modern estate was built in 2016 and sits on nearly 1 acre of waterfront land that can be seen from Collins Avenue. It has 9 bedrooms, 10 and a half baths and a two-level pool gazebo with a full kitchen, bathroom, an outdoor shower, and a fireplace.
Ironically, the seller made his fortune from the iconic “Baby on Board” car decals that became popular in the 1980’s and Khaled will certainly have amazing accommodations for his son, Asahd, on the estate. No word on whether or not there will be another baby on board anytime soon, although the family certainly has room for a new addition.
With the original listing price being nearly $26 million, another DJ Khaled quote rings true, “In life, everyone has a choice. The key is: make the right choice.”
