One Thousand Museum Welcomes Managing Director of Resident Services
October 13, 2018Ramping up for their grand opening, One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid Architects has welcomed Jason Kaye as their Managing Director of Resident Services.
Mr. Kaye is an industry veteran and will oversee all onsite operations and lifestyle partners, according to a press release from the development. He will also oversee hotel-level lifestyle partners for the residents of the super-luxury building. If residents need transportation, spa or wellness services, culinary or other lifestyle purveyors, Mr. Kaye will have a solution on-hand. He will also select the first Curator of Hospitality, tasked with catering to every owner’s unique needs whether they are in Miami or vacationing across the world.
This will complement the building’s world-class amenities and offerings including a wellness and fitness center complete with an organic food and juice bar, sky lounge for entertaining, chauffeur service to the beach and cultural hotspots, and more. Management will also be able to arrange transportation via the onsite helipad to and from private FBOs and nearby islands and destinations.
A Miami Beach native, Kaye is uniquely familiar with the local community and has spent the bulk of his illustrious hospitality career overseeing the day-to-day of several high-profile properties.
Kaye’s successful career in the hospitality industry spans 20 years, 15 of which were spent overseeing operations for three oceanfront resorts with over 800 units and a staff of more than 250 people. Upon his return to South Florida in 2011, Kaye joined Marquis Association Management as the Director of Operations, where he oversaw multiple luxury condominiums. For One Thousand Museum, Marquis Association Management created a true five-star, service-driven model specifically for the building.
