The new Aston Martin Residences Downtown Miami

Aston Martin, luxury car-maker, has just announced it’s first real estate project located in Downtown Miami. The 66-story residential tower will be overlooking the Biscayne Bay at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way on the former site of Epic 2 along the Miami River. With 390 residences, the building will feature high-end designs throughout, two private lobbies, a micro cinema, an art gallery, a two-story fitness center and a full service spa.

The Aston Martin Residences is scheduled to break ground in summer of 2017 and is estimated to be completed in 2021. The building will feature one to four bedroom residences along with seven penthouses and a duplex penthouse.
