Missoni Baia in Edgewater Begins Vertical Construction
October 9, 2018One year after their groundbreaking celebration that garnered attention with their formally-dressed saxophonist on a fly board over the bay, Missoni’s first condo building has begun vertical construction. All of the foundation work has been completed and the vertical ascent is now obvious above street level.

When completed, the 57-story tower will feature custom tapestries and tile work throughout the amenity areas by Missoni, floor-to-ceiling windows in each of the 249 residences, each with a sweeping view of the bay, the skyline or both. The building is situated on 200 linear feet of bayfront land in Miami’s booming Edgewater neighborhood. It is located just blocks from Related Group’s IconBay and Paraiso developments.
